+Mortgage Default Counseling Counselors assist clients who are delinquent or expect to fall behind on their mortgage payments with assessing their current and ongoing financial picture and with developing a personal action plan to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Learn more....          Community Saving Solutions, Inc. (CSS) also has the support of volunteers that will provide education y support to the community and the organization. CSS facilitates workshops in which local Mortgage Lenders, Real Estate Professionals, Attorneys and other related professionals help the participants in the program to become educated and motivated to take the actions that will lead to and help maintain home ownership.
